Hanieh Soltani

Painting works as a language for communicating between her and the world outside, and one main aspect that provides this connection is the artist's lived experiences, such as her surroundings which she encounters every day, or the places and elements that grab her attention specifically, both in terms of the relation the subject made with her past in her mind or with her visual memory, which has enabled her to make a connection between his painting and history of painting.
The importance of painting for her is in expression and its functionality as a language for communication and existence.
